Sociology rose up in Europe, where it has therefore its roots and has developed her Method and Theory as evolution of previous classic sciences like Philosophy, History and Law and combining and bringing to synthesis other contemporary evolving Social Sciences like: Anthropology, Economics, Political Science and Psychology, devoting also an increasing attention to the disciplines able to measure and compare social phenomena.

University and Academic Institutions dealing with sociological Education and ruling sociological Research were and are related through the scientific reviews, Congresses and Seminars. The new link of the Sociological Community is to enhance and share the scientific activity on the field of education and research in a more direct and intensive way.

This new link of the Scientific Community is the ground of the European Sociology Degree the University Network Dresden, Eichstaett – Ingolstadt, Granada, Paris Descartes Sorbonne, Trento are building up.
